Listen to 17-year-old violin virtuoso Christine Wu with pianist Deborah Austin present the music of Brahms, Schumann, Ysaye and Waxman. Recently Ms. Wu won Grand Prize at the 2013 Juanita Miller Concerto Competition.

Each May, the Bancroft Family Concert honors the memory of Cleveland Orchestra bassist Charles Barr, an outstanding young Dallas-born musician, who was tragically killed in a bicycle accident. This is the seventh concert to feature an extraordinary young musician from the Dallas area as a tribute to Charles Barr.

Free event.
